She shakes her head. Although he seemed much bigger than her and her preferred to stay behind the bush. She took a soft gulp staying in the awkward silence.

"S-So..I..I am sorry if i Did anything to startle you...I was just following your scent..."

He said once more as he looked up to her from the ground. His eyes were a bit glassy as well as he let the fear of her drop, but the curiosity of her stayed.

Something was...different about her...he did not know what it was but..it left him to look at her with a little bit of awe.

She scoots herself to sit a little closer in front of the bushes.
"You know I won't hurt you. " She gave a shy smile. Hoping he would come out of nervous state.

It was strange for him to see her move closer. Many times in the past when people or pokemon move toward him, with the same word and expression, he would run away. His mind and body not really able to have anyone too close to him.

But, now, he was unsure. Maybe it was cause she was another absol...maybe it could even be because she was a bit pretty...but what ever the reason, he gave a small whimper in some response.

"..can..you promise me that..?"

She nods. "I promise."The odd thing was that she was usually the shy one, but she felt a little at ease when talking to him. But was he is worth trusting...

He gave a small nod as he heard her soft tone, and though he got the promise..he slowly did stand only a few moments later. But as he did...he was not the normal absol. he was much larger...and his fur was jet black with red eyes..

He looked rather intimidating...but his eyes gave off a very shy and very childlike tone...he was meaning no harm, and quite honestly any sort of sudden movement seemed like could spook him..

She had to tilt her head upwards to make eye contact. She was a little nervous due to his size, since she was a small little thing. But when she looked into his eyes she saw a a bit of the soft side of him. She managed to give a soft smile.

He seeing her soft smile left him to give a long drawn out exhale as he tried to relax himself. It quivering a little as he gently smiled back..

"Thank you...for..not running or...hurting me..."

He spoke with a softer and more calm tone as he looked to her. He feeling a bit more relaxed in knowing that he was safe..well..for now.

"Well let me introduce myself..." She said smiling softly. "I'm Aqua and you must be?" She asked offering her paw so he could shake it.

He awkwardly looked to her paw as it was risen, and looked to his own with the same look. He never had gotten a hand shake before...so this was very new to him as he awkwardly placed his paw to her own.

"Nice to meet you..My name is..Jecan..?"

He said with a small look to the paws...he blushing a little since this was a bit embarrassing to have his paw on her..

She blushes softly as she felt his soft paw touch hers. She couldn't remember the last time someone had touch her. She shook off the memories.
"I like your name."
She awkwardly, her blush darkening a little.

He blushed due to the awkwardness of the situation, and also even felt a bit attached that this was the first time he had ever done this. So he blushed a little more in with that in mind...

"th-thank you..I like your name too. Umm..Sorry I..I dont really talk often.."

She thought he was somewhat cute with his blush.

She realized that he still had his paw on hers, she didn't move her paw she actually enjoyed his soft paw on hers. For the first time in a while she had enjoyed touch.

He sat there with his paw on hers for what, to him, seemed like an eternity. His body feeling warmer over time as he gave a soft swallow as he looked around a bit awkwardly. He was already thirsty to begin with...and this was only making him a bit..well..worse off when it came to having a drink..

But..it..was alittle nice to be this close to someone...physically anyways..

"Umm...why are we touching paws again..?"

She felt her cheeks burn with a blush as she slid her paw out for underneath his.
" I.... umm... I don't know. " She was completely nervous now, she lightly began to chew her bottom lip.
